Financial support

Access to seminar activities (conferences, workshops, screenings, field visits, B to B meetings, etc.) is free and open to all but registration is mandatory !

Lunch and coffee breaks are supported by the organization, with a limited number of places (120 pax).

The organization will cover the travel expenses of the candidates selected for an oral presentation as part of the seminar (see Call for papers requirements). The participants non-resident of Madagascar will have to bear the expenses inherent to their participation (flight, accommodation, catering, transport on the spot).

We advise non-resident participants to seek information from different institutions to obtain a travel grant or financial support. For example, the embassy of your country in Madagascar or the Chamber of Commerce of your country.

We are currently looking for other possible partnerships to finance travels to Madagascar.
